What does it mean
When you have dreams
About being exhausted?
About high stakes needs to meet,
A test that makes your heart racing,
While your eyes blur
And body waiver.
And why would you wake up,
For just long enough,
to switch positions,
and yank on a blanket or two,
Over, and over, and over,
Again, and again?
I prefer the type nightmares
About murder,
Or the word being taken over
By vulcan-ish- vampires 🧛♂️
<SIDE NOTE> if you were a vampire,
Wouldn’t you have to be utterly logical,
To manage and replenish your food supplies
So vulcan vampire is understandable,
Vampire love interest, as in THAT movie,
Well, even my unconscious mind thinks that is ridiculous.
But the dreams about the absurd,
Have well defined edges,
That fade in waking,
Dreams about exhaustion
In the face of unmet responsibilities
Those dreams are a little too close to possible.
