With moderate napping.

Who drives you nuts?

Even THAT, in moderation,

Can sharpen our critical thinking

Fear, anger, exercise …

Can all be positive influences

If no one factor crushes the others.

Do not condem yourself for any behavior, or feature

If it is flexible,

If it is honestly and open

If it makes us stronger
